We kindly ask all guests to dress in formal eveningwear to match the occasion. Gentlemen are expected to wear a tuxedo (a black suit and tie is acceptable if a tuxedo is not available), and ladies should wear a full-length gown. For ladies' dresses, neutral, elegant tones are encouraged for a timeless look, and of course, no white! We can’t wait to see you all looking amazing as we celebrate together!​​

The Inn on Biltmore Estate and the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate are two hotels located on the estate grounds where we have reserved hotel blocks at for your convenience. Please see our Travel Guide page for additional information and to reserve a room. The bride and groom will be staying at The Inn!

We’ve also included recommended hotels off the estate property. While we don’t have reserved blocks at those properties, they are great alternatives, and information is provided on the Travel Guide page. There are many other hotel options to choose from off the estate grounds, but these two recommendations are conveniently located approximately half a mile from Biltmore Estate's main entrance.

For those traveling by air, the recommended airport is Asheville Regional Airport, as it is conveniently located about 25-30 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. Asheville Regional is a smaller airport with limited flight options, so guests may also consider flying into Charlotte Douglas International Airport, approximately 2-2.5 hours away, which may offer a wider selection of flights.
