We kindly ask all guests to dress in formal eveningwear to match the occasion. Gentlemen are expected to wear a classic black tuxedo and bow tie, and ladies should wear a full-length evening gown in luxe fabrics such as silk, satin, chiffon, or structured crepe.
For ladies' dresses, dark neutral tones such as black, charcoal, espresso, deep taupe, and slate are encouraged for a timeless look. In addition to these neutrals, guests are invited to incorporate rich plums and muted olive tones as the primary color accents. Bright or overly saturated colors should be avoided.

White, ivory, and cream are reserved for the bride. Light pastel colors and dresses with a predominantly white or light background should also be avoided, as these shades may photograph similarly. We can’t wait to see you all looking amazing as we celebrate together!​​

The Inn on Biltmore Estate and the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate are two hotels located on the estate grounds where we have reserved hotel blocks at for your convenience. Please see our Travel Guide page for additional information and to reserve a room. The bride and groom will be staying at The Inn!

We’ve also included recommended hotels off the estate property. While we don’t have reserved blocks at those properties, they are great alternatives, and information is provided on the Travel Guide page. For your convenience, private transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Staying at any of our recommended hotels is included in the transportation route and will ensure a seamless guest experience.

| HOTELS

To provide a seamless experience for our guests, private transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Given the venue’s secluded location, we strongly encourage guests to utilize this service to ensure arrival promptly at six-thirty (6:30) in the evening. Similarly, the estate is set within a natural landscape, accessed by winding roads that remain unlit after sunset. Transportation is scheduled to depart from the hotels listed on the Travel Guide page and will provide return service at the conclusion of the evening. Additional details regarding pickup times and scheduling will be shared closer to the wedding day.

| TRANSPORT

For those traveling by air, the recommended airport is Asheville Regional Airport, as it is conveniently located about 25-30 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. Asheville Regional is a smaller airport with limited flight options, so guests may also consider flying into Charlotte Douglas International Airport, approximately 2-2.5 hours away, which may offer a wider selection of flights.
